This thesis explores how private primary schools can adopt service design to better meet the evolving expectations of modern families. Using the Double Diamond framework and Research through Design methodology, it investigates barriers to adoption and creates a narrative-driven, co-created magazine titled “When School Feels Right” to support school leaders in applying design principles in accessible, practical ways.
