Service design project aimed at improving customer experience at Riga International Airport for families with kids aged 3-9.

Our MVP is a modular virtual playground designed to keep kids entertained and learning, while offering parents peace of mind and easy access to information. It recognizes the interconnectedness of the parent-child airport experience, where happy kids often mean happy parents. This insight, gleaned from discussions with over 60 parents, leverages the natural appeal of screens for kids' play and parents' openness to digital learning solutions.
