I am an empath on a mission to make people feel included and valued in everyday experiences. For two years, I worked with an NGO in Pakistan supporting children fighting cancer, helping improve their psychosocial services and introducing meaningful initiatives to enhance their well-being. One of my key contributions was using art as a tool for healing, developing an art therapy program that brought creativity, joy, and emotional support into their lives.
I believe service design has the power to transform corporate social responsibility (CSR) by ensuring that companies extend the same care and thoughtfulness to the communities they support as they do to their paying customers. By integrating service design into CSR initiatives, businesses can create deeper, more impactful social change—one that goes beyond intention and truly enriches lives.
