Sierra Dugan is a design strategist with a background in Industrial Design, grounded in wonder for how people engage with the world. Her path into design began in healthcare, working as a nursing assistant in a dementia care unit during COVID-19. There, she witnessed firsthand how systems shape the emotional weight of our most vulnerable moments.

Since then, Sierra has worked at the intersection of design, research, and strategy, most recently in customer experience and innovation within transportation and hospitality. Her work centers on translating complexity into clear stories and helping teams connect with the people they're designing for.

Outside of design, Sierra finds inspiration in traveling, painting, running, cooking, and the small details that make experiences stick.
