The most powerful lever for change isn't a policy or a program — it's the people who hold it together every day. For the past 9 years, I've been designing programs, tools, and frameworks that do exactly that, working across India and globally with governments, nonprofits, and international organisations. My work sits at the intersection of learning, behaviour change, and systems thinking. I love turning complex challenges into tangible solutions — whether that's a board game that changes how farmers make decisions, a leadership incubator for school principals, or a skills framework governments can actually use. I'm also an Acumen Fellow, which deepened how I think about leadership and systemic change.I'm joining SDSI to broaden my thinking on how design can drive systemic change — and to learn alongside people who care about the same big questions. On a quiet afternoon, you'll find me reading, dancing, or crocheting
