For the past 9 years, I've been designing programs, tools, and frameworks that do exactly that, working across India and globally with governments, nonprofits, and international organisations.My work sits at the intersection of learning, behaviour change, and systems thinking. I love turning complex challenges into tangible solutions — whether that's a board game that changes how farmers make decisions, a leadership incubator for school principals, or a skills framework governments can actually use.
