I am fascinated by the invisible systems that shape everyday life. Whether it is a traditional Himalayan settlement adapting to its environment, a city’s walkable streets, or a food delivery network serving thousands every day, I find myself constantly observing how people, cultures, and institutions organize themselves. Trained in Product Design, I found my way to service design through a desire to shape not just products, but the systems around them. In the past 2 years, I have worked on financial innovation with India’s central bank innovation hub and public-sector initiatives with the Government of Meghalaya, translating research into services that bridge policy, technology, and community needs. Outside work, I have a zen for travelling, still photography, and reading books on crime, mystery and Indian mythology. At SDSI, I hope to learn from and alongside people from different cultures and explore how design can help societies navigate complexity while remaining deeply human.
