I’m an industrial engineer with the heart of a storyteller. My career has focused on data, process improvement and strategy, but what drives me is understanding people and creating meaningful experiences. I share poetry and stories online, also I've co-leaded a Historical Novels Book Club, and thrive in spaces where empathy and innovation meet. I believe service design is the bridge between needs and solutions—and through SDSI, I hope to connect technology, storytelling and design to build more human-centered and impactful futures.
