I'm Nicole. I studied International Business as a way to explore different paths before choosing one. Over time, I became drawn to work that creates real impact. I’ve worked at an edtech company focused on bridging the gap between university education and the job market. On the side, I support small and solo entrepreneurs with branding, communication, and operations management to help them build their presence. I’m curious, versatile, and always eager to learn. I hope to use service design to build stronger communities by empowering small businesses and creating learning opportunities for those who haven’t had many.
