Creativity and innovation have always been at the heart of who I am. From sketching imaginative ideas at the breakfast table as a child to developing a theoretical medical model for stuttering in high school, I have always been driven by curiosity and creative problem-solving. My academic journey led me to study Labour Market Studies and later pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English and Art. While teaching German at a college in the United States, I rediscovered my passion for innovative design through a New Product Development course. My interest in emerging technologies inspired my bachelor’s thesis on the possibilities and limitations of AI in children’s literature, and I also wrote two children’s books. Working in an art gallery aboard a cruise ship strengthened my customer-centered mindset and passion for multicultural collaboration. Outside of my studies and professional pursuits, I cherish spending time with my family, love baking creative themed cakes, and enjoy exploring topics related to holistic women’s health through reading and continuous learning.I am truly excited to begin the Service Design Strategies and Innovation programme and look forward to expanding my knowledge, embracing diverse perspectives, and creating meaningful innovations with people from all around the world.
