Chairman of the Board, Kuldīga Artists’ Residence, NGO

Mārtiņš is an entrepreneur and philanthropist, mainly based in Riga, Latvia. His interests include a blend of architecture, cultural heritage and art. Inspired by support from the Kuldīga municipality, Mārtiņš established the Kuldīga Artists’ Residence in 2013, which ignited the idea of creating SDSI a couple of years later. The Kuldīga Artists’ Residence is an active partner of SDSI in organising annual service design summer schools that aim to enhance industry ties.
