Lucas Lorenzon de Aragao
Lucas is a Brazilian Service Designer and a passionate Facilitator.
Coming from a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, he has led numerous strategic design projects as an entrepreneur and partner in a corporate innovation consultancy. For instance, he has designed a blueprint to engage philanthropists in transformative education projects, conducted design research to improve a financial service, and facilitated a problem-solving workshop for 200 public sector leaders.
Lucas believes that design can play a bigger role in transitioning our society to a more regenerative future. He uses his facilitation skills to design workshops, events, and conversations that foster this mindset — but also create experiences of genuine connection, creativity, and collaboration.
He considers himself a human labrador and is a “stand-up work activist.”
