Leticia Lange Ramírez
Leticia holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais (UEMG) where she developed a strong foundation in design research, systems thinking, and human-centered methodologies. Throughout her degree she's had the opportunity to experience different aspects of design with elective subjects, such as fashion management, sustainability, accessibility and packaging. Professionally she has been working as an UX/UI Designer for the past 6 years developing apps for the public and private sector. She has also led accessibility initiatives, co-founding a committee that improved design systems and created inclusive guidelines adopted across multiple projects. She has delivered talks on accessible design to over 600 people and co-created a mentorship community supporting women in tech. Additionally, she contributed to academic research and multidisciplinary projects, including a published paper and public exhibitions. These experiences reflect her ambition to drive inclusive, systemic change through design. As a SDSI student she aims to deepen her work in service and strategic design by contributing to projects that improve public services, especially in social systems in Brazil.
