Kürşat Dursun

For two years I worked as a flight attendant, running the same service across countless routes until I could read how people respond and shape it toward a desired outcome. At 40,000 feet I fell for the craft of bringing order to chaos, my introduction to service design.

Every flight became a controlled social experiment. The aircraft, food, and service were the same, yet one variable shaped everything: people. Some cabins built a beautiful experience because the crew earned their trust; others were never satisfied. The difference was never the resources, but the people on both sides and service design.

A cabin is only a small society in rehearsal, and I am here to learn to design the systems that make the good version repeatable, at scale, for everyone, not a selected few.

Off-duty I run, chase electronic music, and travel.
