Kritika
Kritika is a domain-agnostic practitioner driven by a restless urge to move, innovate, and disrupt the disruptions in human connection. She embraces the state of chaos as a symbol of regeneration and an invitation for systemic design.
Graduating in 2021 with an interdisciplinary majors in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Delhi, Kritika’s academic focus spanned over Psychology, Sociology and Innovation studies, with research exploring Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Resilience, Agency, and Health within family and institutional contexts. In 2019, she presented her work at the World Youth Forum XII and made an award winning film exploring the theme of GBV.
In recent years, Kritika has worked across alternative schools, art centers, and NGOs in India, setting up ecosystems rooted in learner insights, action research and participatory design.
As a visionary, she aims to make inclusion a shared responsibility across stakeholders, and has developed a cross-functional dexterity in strategic, design-led responses to the gaps experienced in learning and work spaces.
With SDSI, she aims to kneel down with a childlike optimism and hope in designing futures that are sustainable, generative, and profoundly human.
