Khalid Elwaleed—most people call him K K — is an engineer at heart who fell in love with business and did his first masters from Politecnico Di Milano in management engineering, and a teacher who never stopped being a student. He co-founded a startup that never ultimately launched, but it did pave the way for Sudan's pay-by-phone-credit option for digital platforms, connecting creators to fans who wanted exclusive access.

At SDSI, he's hoping to learn how to design services that actually work for people—starting with public services in Sudan, in the education sector. Outside of that, he makes and produces music, edits videos, and loves a good film thats well directed. He thrives in teams and believes the best ideas come from good conversations.
