I’m a Guatemalan-Colombian marketing professional and educator who loves turning ideas into meaningful experiences. I’ve worked across education at every level, from early childhood classrooms to university learning spaces, as well as in customer experience, market analysis, content creation, and project coordination. Across these roles, I’ve been drawn to one question: how can we understand people better and design experiences that help them grow, connect, and flourish?

I’m especially curious about service design, storytelling, learning innovation, community projects, and the ways art, history, culture, and creativity shape human experience. At SDSI I hope to deepen my practice and create services rooted in empathy, strategy, and imagination, services that open possibilities and make everyday life more human.
