Eman Mudassar Ahmad Farooqi

As my sister likes to remind me, my name literally means “faith,” yet I seem determined to question everything. I'm Eman. Socratic by nature, I was raised between Pakistan and Qatar. Growing up with an engineer father taught me to see the world as a web of interconnected parts, but I became most interested in what happens when those connections break down: when intentions fail to become outcomes, when people are overlooked, or when good ideas struggle to create meaningful change. As a recent Business IT graduate, I have explored operations, business development, entrepreneurship, AI, and education. Across these experiences, I found myself returning to the same question: why do some systems empower people while others leave them behind? I enjoy untangling complexity and searching for the balance between efficiency and humanity, where innovation serves people rather than the other way around.Beyond work, I find solace in admiring art, draw energy from debating, and have an endless fascination with social and political ideas. Curiosity has been my compass for as long as I can remember, guiding me across disciplines, conversations, and cultures. I suspect it will continue to shape me wherever I go next.
