Hi, I'm Elizabeth, a Service and Strategic Designer from Peru with a background spanning performing arts, communication and design. Over the past ten years, I've worked across Latin America, helping organizations redesign services and tackle complex challenges through user research, co-creation and strategic design. I'm particularly interested in the intersection of human behavior, circular economy and sustainable innovation, and in how design can create better outcomes for both people and the planet. I'm excited to join the SDSI programme to complement years of professional practice with research, collaborate with an international community, and exchange ideas with people who challenge the way I think and see the world.
