I am a Peruvian political scientist and change management consultant passionate about helping people navigate transformation. Over the past five years, I have worked with organizations across the public and private sectors, bridging the gap between technology and people by turning complex ideas into meaningful and human-centered experiences.

Throughout my journey, I have learned that technology evolves quickly, but lasting change only happens when people are placed at the center. This realization sparked my interest in Service Design, a discipline that brings together systems thinking, technology, and human needs.

Through SDSI, I hope to learn from an international and multidisciplinary community, develop a more holistic perspective, and contribute to designing services that genuinely improve people's lives.
