
Agata Kowalska
is a designer and researcher working across product, service, and systemic design, with a professional background in architecture. She combines systems thinking, participatory research, and futures methods to explore complex challenges across disciplines and scales.
At SDSI, she has taught the Navigating Complexity with Systems Thinking course and designed and facilitated the international summer school Kuldīga 2050. In both her practice and teaching, she focuses on engaging with complexity, embracing uncertainty, and using systemic approaches to imagine more just and sustainable futures.
