Mayor of Kuldīga District Council

As the head of Kuldīga Municipality, Inga is devoted to supporting initiatives that will advance the city. At the heart of municipal policies are the sense of belonging, wellbeing and pride of the local community. In 2021, the municipality applied for the city to be listed as a World Heritage Site with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The future vision for Kuldīga is for it to be a lively, smart, educational start-up centre in Latvia, bringing together local people, ideas, projects and businesses with peers from abroad. SDSI is one of those projects that was supported by Inga since its inception, and municipal resources were allocated for building the modern SDSI campus.
